People, please be aware NOT to deal with Top Seal and/or Bertie Du Plessis! We have paid them a substantial amount to do maintenance to our roof, with a 5 year guarantee. But since they have worked on our roof, we still have leaks and every time Bertie has got loads of excuses and threatening voice notes as to why he and his company is not going to fix it. We eventually got our insurance company to send an assessor and below are the pics of what he found - see for yourself - shocking!
