ZERO for customer service. People working at this place are not interested in doing what they are paid to do......all of them.....from the telephone operator to the last person who can't do his job sitting in his office and not giving a hit about this company. PATHETIC!!!

I would have inserted 0 stars if I could. This is probably the worse service I received from any service provider (ever). When Vumatel's technicians (Britelink) came to install the fiber, they ripped out the existing TV and DVD wires so that they could install the fiber wires. They then had to come back again the next day and fix the issue, and closed the ticket before it was resolved. Getting a response from customer service is a mission, and if you are considering Vumatel or Britelink, dont. As simple as that. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment.

Terrible terrible service. Almost 2 months down the line, they keep saying it is Vumatel, however, waiting on their installation manager. They do not even come back to you. And Raeez, i have sent him several emails, he does not even respond to it. absolutely pathetic service from this team.

Worse service I have experienced in my life guys. Waited 6 months for these guys to install fibre in my unit, still not installed! This one fellow Rynard is so lazy, called him 14 times, in the end his excuse for not installing my fibre was that I wanted shoot him. This is lazy on another level guys. Don't do business with them, pls trust me, stay away.
