Really useless and very restricted WiFi. Basically wifi is the only reason to go to the lounge, why would you limit it so much. Drinks and food were standard stuff. Variety of working, relaxing seating.

An ok Galleries lounge. What surprises me is that BA has First cabin flights here, but there is no First Galleries lounge. The lounge is ok, but does get crowded especially on days where there are 3 flights departing during the evening bank - 2x LHR and 1x LGW. Food and beverage offerings here is ok - do not expect the any Galleries First offerings. There is a computer area but becareful that the printers do not work (not sure why they don't remove the sign or update it). For any printing work, you need to check with the front desk as they need to print it for you. There is a shower (just one) - so becareful that there could be a wait. Other than that the asset of this lounge are the friendly staff.

Poor seat assignment. My wife and I were assigned to different seats 15 rows apart because we fly with a tour group. Never see this in a world class airlines. Very disappointed!

Nice new lounge with a few issues. The showers probably do work, although the staff claim they are broken. Free WiFi is capped and only lasts for about 30 minutes.

BA has a very good lounge at CPT. The check in agents are incompetent and pretty busy on their phones. Agent was not able to answer basic questions, called his supervisor two times. Bags were not taged with oneworld priority stickers, checked bags tickets were not given- basically it was a zooz check in staff has 1*! Please train your staff. . Staff in the lounge was nice and attentive- they have 4*!

They should update the sign to say it's for BA flights or passengers only. Other BA lounges around the world actually do accept Oneworld elite members but this one surprisingly doesn't. Walked in to an empty lounge only to be told, we're only open closer to when the BA flight leaves which is silly.
