Very unusual for the first time I was never made aware that the shuttle was no longer available to ferry me home and back to collect the car, even after I made a booking for service. As a diabetic my wife had arrange another car from a neibor in order to bring me food as I was waiting from my car.

Godrich Totota placed a car on Automark at a price and upon query told me that the car was avaliable but was more expensive then advertised. In my books that's against the consumer protection act.
That's where i take car for service.
