Always a great experience to shop here... Found school clothes in the size I was looking for and they had a few nice specials at the food section. Ended up buying more than I planned...

No trolleys available in store and management was rude when i asked about this. I am disabled and only have the use of one arm and they expect me just to use a basket. Woolworths trolleys are littered around the parking lot. Why do they not employ extra staff to retrieve these over the busy Christmas period?

One of my favourite shops @ Brooklyn Mall: they manage to present the best and the freshest available in the market. Their maintenance of quality control of all their products is amazing

The top floor had only 2 open tills, and I am not sure what the 2 pairs of customers were doing. Dear heavens, I thought they were planting or reaping wheat in order to bake the bread. When I finally got my turn, it thankfully went a little better. Not too impressed by the service I got.

They advertised that they open till 5 on a Sunday. Nope only a handful of shops are. As for Covid19 no one there practices regulations.
