Absolutely shocking how this company could take my premiums for over thirteen years and then deny my claim for business interruption! I think is is disgusting that these insurance companies turned their backs on their clients during this time while continuing to take payments through lockdown! Don't trust Bryte! I see some people complimenting the beautiful building, well just remember that you all paid for that building!!!

Easy when it comes to taking your money, but nightmare when it comes to paying claims, Horrible..Never use them, They will not pay you and they wont communicat with you, you will be doing the follow up.

Extremely unprofessional. Delayed response to emails. But they're quick to sell you travel insurance without properly disclosing their terms and conditions. Canceling a policy is quick too. Getting refunded for your canceled policy is impossible. If I can't trust them to be ethical on home soil, how can I trust them from hundreds of miles away.

Very unprofessional, having the worse experience with Bryte at this very moment! Last year we had Bryte to cover us nothing went wrong, we thought to use Bryte again this year, even took an extended cover till next year Feb and now we are not covered anymore! No one told us about any terms and conditions of the new plan we took out, paid thousands of Rand to cover us while we are out of the country... Not recommending Bryte to anyone ever again...
