This Builders is setting the Bar Above And Beyond! It's incredible how much more products you see when the store is smaller than your normal big stores. The service, excellent. If one assistant isn't sure about something, they go and get someone who can assist. I really can't stress enough about how great this store is.

Went to buy spray paint for microwave oven. Unfortunately the person in charge of the paint section does not know much. After returning 3 times l eventually found it on the top shelf. Staff should be trained in their sections.
Beautiful new store ! Pity there are so many items not priced! Very frustrating and wasting of time....
The store is always clean and neat. Staff is friendly. Nice outdoor plant section and a Vida e Cafe on premises.
I need some advice in fixing cracks in my cistern and they went out of their way to help me get the the correct product.
Besides the advantages of easy parking and proximity, my experience is that the staff is exceptionally helpful. If they do not know something they promise to find out and call me back, and then actually do it. Examples are Moses from the gardening section and Lawrence from the shelving department, among many others. Well done.
