Very disapointed with their sales team; On 06 March 2019 I called to ask if they can quote me for armed response service at my house. The reply was that a Lichelle will soon call me back. 2 hours later I had to call again just to be informed that she will call me later. She did then contact me about half an hour later from where we agreed to meet an hour and a half later at my house. She never honoured our appointment and to date I have not heard if them (her). Needless to say, I dont think I am interested in their services anymore. If they treat potential customers this way, how do they then treat their customers?
