After sending a number of emails requesting a quote. I eventually got a response that just simply asked for time of departure with no apology or acknowledgement of their tardiness in response. I then expressed my discontent and genuine concern of how the service will be like on the day if responding to emails is still a challenge. I received a very “comforting” response just stating (and I quote) “Noted”. Legendary, right? Hope everyone else has a better experience than me. Good luck!

I simply love the service that l received from them. I sent through a request and got a response in a few minutes. The following day l had my choice bus booked for me. The drivers were so professional, they arrived on time at my church and we had a wonderful trip.
