I want to thank you for all the staff that help me today with my dad admission to the hospital. From the excellent receptionist, helpful head nurse, nursing staff, Dr. Heever, Managements who went beyond his way to help my parents with transport, including Innocent the ambulance driver who also go beyond his duty to find the place The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because we had to wait for 5 hours before they start with the drips. Perhaps there was a good reson but I did not enquire about it. Thank you so much all and "Keep up the good work"

I love the displin at this hospital coz I was treated like new born baby when I found my soul back to my body during the hard days of my life when I meet car accident I was traveling from Eastern Cape the nurse's & doctors from this Hospital they treat in lovely way until ifeel good iwould like to thank. DOCTOR RAMANTSI for the great job he did to save my life I'm always keep remembering this Doctor always God bless you Doctor RAMANTSI

Pleasantly surprised by this new modern hospital just outside Bloemfontein. Admin staff was very efficient and the nursing staff very friendly and so helpful. Very good option if you need medical care in Bloemfontein.

The reception was unprofessional. The care for an elderly patient was not up to standard. The response of nursing staff to request was not acceptable at all. The menu of brown bread and cheese for supper and breakfast was not according to the expected standard for paying patients
