Very bad experience. Would not recommend to anyone. I phoned the week before to ask about their services and was advised an appointment was necessary but I could bring my vehicle in on Monday. I was there at 720am, when they say they open and filled out the paperwork and told the men there what I needed. No problem, we will take care of it. Three days later, I picked up the car and nothing had been done. On the first day, I phoned 6 hours after dropping it off to check if it would be ready that day. I had requested to change the alternator belt and pulley and a water hose and solder a wire. Nothing big. The lady who answered, Erica, rudely stated that they are working on it and she will let me know and hung up on me before I could even ask a question. I phoned the next day at 820am and Erica again answered and said that she had already told me that they were busy with the vehicle and she would let me know. Nothing further from them the entire second day. On the third day, I phoned hoping to get one of the men on the phone. No one answered until I phoned at 820am several times and got a different lady. She advised me that nothing had been done on the car. I asked if the alternator had been fixed and she said no. So, Erica, had been lying the whole time. Car had not been touched. I told her thank you, I will come and get it. I showed up at 2pm, car was sitting. Nothing had been done. 3 whole days and they had only bothered to pull it into the workshop. Nothing. I checked the engine and parts, no fingerprints, no grease, they obviously had not touched it in three entire days. Only thing they told me, was Phillip says he is sorry. I don't know who Phillip is, but I do know my car was not fixed. I got my keys and left. Short story. Don't bother taking your vehicle to Buys Auto.
