Can't Adult

The petrol attended was excellent, very respectful and professional. For him 10/10. They loose two stars on the bathrooms and the lady in the shop. The lady who works in the shop gets a 0/10 from me. Rude and grumpy, seriously lacking training. I tell her I need the restroom (which was disgustingly dirty, I couldn't use it) I ask her where it is and she tells me, "it's there" pointing out the door. I ask my attended, who was so helpful he even went and got the key; as the woman I just asked didn't give it to me. I also asked the lady while I was inside if I could pay the petrol and my goods at the safe time. She said no I must pay with the attended which I did. Just found it strange that I had to swipe twice.
