Absolutely Disgusting service from this company. Big empty promises are made in intitial face to face talk and telephonically. After that theres no follow up. After countless phone calls the person is ALWAYS unavailable and NEVER returns my call. A simple straight forward case delayed by almost 3 months is that what u call service!!! I would NEVER recommend anyone to this JOKE of a institution Honestly. Gerda my assigned person has just blatently ignored all my attempts to communicate and follow up on my case which is outright disrespectful!!!! Thanks for wasting months of my time!!!
