I bought a lounge suite from House and Home .My recliner broke 3 months down the line.My one back rest started coming out at the sides.It was eventually collected after much back and forth to the store.My child got hurt due to the fact that I am stuck with broken furniture.For the price I paid for this lounge suite its inferior quality . I am so disappointed in which this whole scenario is been dealt with.I took time and effort too make sure i do a good and wise buy.I walked through the store read your tag on your furniture followed all your guidelines.My furniture are covered so I can have it for years to come.I HAD IT MASTERGUARD and all.Now I been sending after almost 2 months a repair form.I am disgusted in the compassion and integrity in this matter.If you are so family orientated company I felt you would have me more compassionate and would have seen to my complaint with more effort.Looking forward hearing from you.

i purchased your 8 piece corner suit micro fibre lounge set from house and home in gateway... 3 months down the line on the cup holder compartment i find there are 3 staples or nails that are protruding through the vinyl... its 3 weeks that i laid a complaint at house and home with no feed back ... and the louge suit is under a 5 year guarantee... keep in mind this is a factory fault... and very unacceptable... i paid 17500 cash for this louge suit and i do not appreciate the poor service... i like to inform consumer watch about this to make other potential buyers aware of the poor after service

They sell soiled/damaged goods at the factory shop for fair prices. If you looking for something decent to use "so long" good place to go. Look out for the clearance sales, big bargains. Be sure to engage the staff at length to understand the product !!
