We used Calthol in August 2018 to get a UK film crew's equipment cleared on arrival in JHB. Reggie that assisted us was fantastic and we paid a large sum as a deposit that was promised back to us in 2 to 3 months. Well it has now been 5 months and the deposit has still not been paid back. I have written numerous emails with absolutely no luck. Every now and again someone will respond with 'we will follow up' but nothing happen and I still have no clue as to why it does not get paid back to us. Very frustrating!!

Thank you to Nasr, Calvin, Jennifer, Spencer and to both the Cape Town Team and Durban Team for such an impeccable service! They were extremely patient and professional, making the process of moving my personal goods from LA to South Africa far less stressful than I had anticipated. My only issue was the upfront, clear communication on what to expect and the steps regarding the whole process should have been laid out in the first email because that also affected the lead time. But other than that I would definitely use them again!
