This company is not serious. Their product info is very lacking, even on their own site. Hard to choose a product when you can’t compare or don’t know the exact dimension or material. I tried emailing them. Got a reply, asking what other information I am looking for, replied with my questions.... and never heard from them again. There are plenty of other brands that are putting in much effort to service and support their clients. Camp master will have to learn the hard way that we live in an era of customer service. If you can’t deliver, you are out.

Campmasters chairs is of very bad qaulity, I bought mine a year ago they're torn everywhere and now they want to restitch them!!! The other Campmaster chairs I've got that that are 10 years old are in a better condition. Up your game Campmaster we work hard for our money!!

I am very disappointed in the dome tents which I bought for the Dec holidays...presents for my boys and both broke 3 times while I was on holiday... I exchanged them and broke again.... I can't seem to get hold of anyone... I'm sitting with 3 broken tents and very upset children... Usually I was a fan of camp master equipment but now I'm not so sure.. I would appreciate some sort of feedback where I can send a manager photos.. I can even... A very disappointed Mrs botha

They Do Not Even Deserve a 1/4 star!!!! Their division that handles their e-mails sent on their contact page is the worst ever. That is if there is anyone monitoring that. I have sent 2 messages on that page have not even had a "hello / goodbye" reply from them. And you have to give them at least 1 star before you can post here.
