The receptionists are very rude, it's like maybe you are not even paying, you're actually consulting for free. The doctor doesn't bother to form any doctor-patient relationship, she's too serious. I didn't even feel free when talking to her because she is just too serious. The stuff needs to be more friendly and welcoming please so that we can feel free.

Came three days in a row, just for them to me that tell me each and everytime the doctor is full. I think you should go back to the appointment system again honestly. Plus you let everybody wait in a long line, just for you to tell us the doctor is full. Very very disappointed in the service really.
