Vaughn was sensational. I had a crisis with a burst geyser whilst having AirBnB guests in the apartment and with the following day a public holiday, he was at my place in minutes and before my guests returned, everything was back as it was before. Great service and highly recommendable.

I phoned Vaughn regarding an issue I had. Response was speedy and my problem was sorted. But we discovered later that night that the repair for my original problem caused another problem. I called them again to be told that if it wasn't related I'd have to pay for it. The same guy came through again and sorted it out no problem and said it was his fault. I checked with him that there weren't any leaks. He then proceeded to tell me that if I had to call again because of another related problem he would have to charge. As far as I am concerned this is B.S, because not too long afterwards I had to figure out why the water in my toilet wouldn't stop running. Why chance having that fixed just for something else to be damaged again.

So here's why I recommend this man. Called him in to sort out a leak, he took one look and sorted the problem in 10 minutes. Charged me fraction of his standard call-out rate because of how quick he was. Damn impressed.
