We had a really professional experience in this state of the art facility on the 1st of April 2021. Could not recommend it enough!!! All the staff were amazing and supportive and Sister Erna in particular helped us to take a very long and stressful day in our stride.

Exceptionally clean facility, professional staff, and everyone was very friendly. Because it's a quite small facility it felt very personal and I never felt like just a number even though I was in for a quick outpatient procedure.

My 1st visit to this lovely day hospital. From entering at 8am till discharge at 1:30pm all the staff and the services were amazing - friendly and informative. A good positive vibe. Special thanks to Elize and Maureen who looked after me pre- and post- operation.

I was surprised with this facility, the staff was all exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. I especially appreciated Mokha and Sister Joubert, but all were really friendly, and whatever you ask, is done promptly. Also very clean and professional. Only downside to me what that I came out of surgery really late, and my tummy was burning from meds and no eating for hours, and they didn't really have options for dinner of snacks. You would think that there should be some sort of a preparation from the kitchen side, for those events. The sister did manage to make me a toasted cheese (herself), but that was the only thing available, seems a bit amateur, but for the rest, all really good!!

The staff members are well trained. Reception welcomed us and explained the procedure what we came for in detail. The facility is in excellent condition and comfortable from the waiting rooms to the beds for the patients. Bathrooms very neat. I escorted my son into the operation room and nothing short of being neat and equipt with the latest medical equipment. One down side for me was the limited space for parking although they do have under ground parking available.
