Stay far away from these builders that don’t actually have knowledge of building. You will have to redo all the work they do. Dealing with them was a very frustrating process

Do not use this contractor. They will charge you expensive rates and buy cheap materials to install at your home. He will work as and when he pleases, would come in 2 to 3 days a week, pushing the schedule out. Quality of work is a disgrace. Cornice fell a week after it was installed and plastering cracked a week after it was applied. When I ask experts they say it's because he used cheap sand. Do not use this person.
