I called their phone number - the woman that answered was totally unprofessional, no telephone skills and should not be representing the front-end of this company. Based on that and other reviews I have taken my inquiries for a new product elsewhere.

Shocking service! Went in there to get a quote (left a sample) and was told i would have the quote after one week on the Monday. I followed up several times over the second week. Left messages and still no one got hold of me. When i finally got hold of the manager, i was told that they can't manufacture my product (without any explanations). I wasted 2 and a half weeks and they never had the courtesy to call me back or tell my why not. When i went in to collect my sample piece, no one was available to help me. Business must come by too easy for these people that they can laugh off potential clients.
