Is it possible to give zero stars? After buying a protein that is "specifically designed for women" (looking back I see this could have been the first problem..), I tried one serving and realized this particular protein has absolutely no substance and is in fact not verified by a third party (all protein from any reputable supplement store should be verified by a third party otherwise it can have any ingredients at all and in fact have no protein at all, regardless of the number of grams stated).. Upon asking for a return/refund I was told to return to the store later that day to speak to the manager because he would be able to help me out. Speaking to him he refused to refund or even exchange as it was against store policy. This is after repeatedly asking why I am returning the protein and also what specifically I would buy in the store if I were to exchange.. So then he gives me the owners number to WhatsApp and I leave only later to find out this number is not reachable via WhatsApp. So I return to the store a fourth time to explain the issue and he says maybe I can try the email. So I shoot the owner an email and he replies asking why I want to return the protein, and he will be happy to work something out.. I have since sent three separate emails with no response, and am therefore stuck with a worthless protein that is not being used and still no worthwhile protein in sight.. Highly recommend to stay away from this place.. If you happen to stumble in to the shop, thank you and good luck!!
