What a little gem in the heart of the Bo-Kaap. This shop has all the spices you'll ever need when it comes to making authentic Cape Malay or Indian curries. The prices are so incredibe, it's worth stocking up in one go to keep you going for a while. I'm a glutenfree Baker, and their White rice flour is also the cheapest Ive seen it anywhere per kg. The people are warm and friendly.

Have loved this shop since I moved to Cape Town in 2011. Prefer to order online as I don't venture that side that much and it's far more convenient. Would love for products to be listed in categories as opposed to one large section you have to scroll through on the website. Please consider.

So this is very difficult. If you are any kind of foodie, you need to come here. Amazing spices and mixes that you will struggle to find anywhere else. The problem is if you have a strict budget, you will struggle. The prices are very good, but you will leave with much more than you bargained for.
