I can't complain about the quality of the products, the only reason I am giving a two stars is that it took me a long time to find out why the hiring bill was so high and then I saw that they charge 300% and more of some of the other hiring supplies... so for example glasses are kosher wherever you go, there is a big difference between 60c and R3....

Friendly, on track staff, highly recommend it!! update, WARNING: the experience with Banks R&L was pleasant and professional up until the day after the event. Then the trouble started, and has left a very bitter aftertaste to our event. After the goods were inspected and accepted by Banks R&L, they unexpectedly started accusing us of numerous issues with the goods from the day after collection, demanding payment for replacement of goods apparently damaged beyond repair or not returned at all, and changing the accusations to suit when they realised that they were not making sense. They even went as far as editing the signed acceptance form and threatening to blacklist us. Their behaviour changed to completely unreasonable and unethical after the event and turned this into a very unpleasant experience. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
