I would like to thank Veranice and the team at Bathroom Bizarre Northgate for absolutely top-notch customer service. Three things stands out. First, the Bathroom Bizarre team worked with me to do all of the purchases for two bathroom renovations entirely virtually, by sending whatsapp and email pictures of different options that could suit my needs back-and-forth. Second was the exceptional effort made to source items that temporarily out of stock (not only at the local Bathroom Bizarre but also other Cape Town area suppliers) and get them to me on the timeline needed. Third, very responsive and eager to please. Such a pleasure working with this team!
