I cannot recommend them highly enough. SO impressed with the amazing service received from Ben & Malaika - from the speedy responses to all my initial whatsapp queries, to the prompt quote received for the work to be done, and then being told that my machine was ready for collection a mere 4 days later. They are responsive, professional and will give you feedback every step of the way. They are also so skilled at what they do (I have a vintage Husqvarna from the 60s that needed a good service and after being sent from pillar to post, as I was told it was a niche machine, I was thankfully referred to Ben) and they offer their services at such a reasonable price. But in addition to all of this, they are friendly and honest, and if something isn't necessary i.e. replacing an old part with a new one, they will tell you so. Will definitely be back to support this amazing local business!

My mom didn't want her machines touched by anyone.. Sent it to Ben... She was extremely happy with the professionalism and service done on both of her machines... 1 being an older design model emprisal and the other a more modern 1....shes happy I'm happy... And the price was very very reasonable...
