Very accommodating and helpful. The facilities are clean and the cats all seem very settled and happy. Our cat is very skittish but settled in and seemd to be coping well with the new environment when we went for a visit. Definitely recommended.

My kitties, Monty and Lola are very happy that I board them with Jacqui at Bergvliet cattery. They have stayed there a few times now and are always chilled and relaxed during their stay there. A big thank you Jacqui, for providing a secure, happy and safe home from home while their humans are on vacation.

Jacqui showed great kindness and care for Leo our 11 month old kitten while we were away for 2 weeks in December. She provided updates and pics of him as the kids missed him terribly. Bergvliet Cattery took care of my kitties over the Christmas period. Jacqui is just lovely and you can instantly tell she puts her heart into looking after them and giving them that extra bit of attention. The cattery itself is clean and well-equipped with lots of comfy pillows, scatch posts and cosy hideaways. It's the second time I've used them and I'll definitely do it again. Thank you Jacqui !
