Brian and his team were professional and provided exceptional service. Brian helped to address my concerns over message before even coming to inspect. He was willing to make himself available at any time for an inspection and quote, even going as far as accommodating my last minute scheduling conflict. Upon arrival, they examined the needed areas, explained the costs and were incredibly polite and professional. They were back within a day to install bird proofing, and to fumigate the mites left behind. They are very knowledgeable and are considerate to the client and the birds themselves. It was truly a delight working with him and his team and would recommend them to anyone who needs any assistance.

I have used this group to remove birds as well as squirrels from my home in pinelands. They are thorough and extremely humane. I strongly recommend this service for anyone who has troubles with birds or other wildlife on their premises.

Zayd Waghid ... unfortunately you required immediate assistance during the height of bird season ... you could not wait for us to get to you, and your impatience made you go elsewhere (not sure how you rate our service bad if you were not willing to wait an extra day for us to get to you) ... I do not believe in favoritism and I work on a first come, first serve basis. If you required the best service in Cape Town you should have been prepared to wait an extra day for it...
