I heartily recommend using someone else. From miscommunications using a voucher with so many restrictions I had to make up a reason to get it used to a complete inability to pay with a card on their website due to a 'temporary' problem that has lasted at least 2 days. They then have the temerity to send me an email saying that they have 'made every attempt to accommodate' me. Something these people seem to have missed, is that I would make use of this service because I want the convenience. The price is extremely expensive, made up mostly by the service part of the cost. Therefore, when you can't provide the basic service then you are not even remotely doing things right. Also, when someone uses a voucher, that does not make them or the service they receive less. Just let the voucher be used by anyone and get on with it!

EVERYTIME, fresh and beautifully arranged flowers. The website is easy to use and the customer service is beyond excellent. Thank you Bloomable! (I have ordered flowers several times from Bloomable, I know what to expect and hay, on the rare occasion...due to supply, if it’s not exactly the flowers, it’s the next best alternative which they state, and the bouquet still blows me away!) Keep up the super work!

What an awesome delivery service! I would give 10 stars if I could. Ordered a mixed florist's choice of flowers for my best friend's birthday on Tuesday 19 May at about 3AM. It was delivered at 11am on Wednesday 20 May. Was a fabulous suprise for my friend in George. And the flower bunch is MASSIVE and some of them still closed. Thank you so very much to help make her day special. Will definitely use your services again
