I recently had a fantastic weekend at the gorgeous Chandos on Lake holiday home, booked through Blouberg Holiday Rentals. Amazing views of the lagoon, Table Mountain overhead and fully equipped self-catering accommodation. Cant wait to come again and look forward to more experiences with Blouberg Holiday Rentals!

This must be the worst rental agency to deal with. I rented the nicest apartment for a holiday but the service we got from Blouberg rentals was terrible. They do not communicate changes to clients nor do they even know how the apartment's prepaid water works and how to reload. We had to call them every time , no communications. But they quick to ask for more money but no clarity. Please never use them

Paid a 'breakage deposit' I was promised it would be paid back within 2 hours after departure. Nothing broke while we stayed there. Its been almost a month later, lits of emails, still not paid back my deposit. Dishonest business

We stayed in Eden On The Bay 108. What a amazing experience. The relaxed environment and beautiful surroundings made our stay even more amazing. The apartment is modern, spacious and clean, a home away from home. Walking distance from the shops and beach. Waking up to most amazing view of Tafelberg and ending our day with a walk on the beach and the beautiful sunset. A stay that we will not forget. We will be happy to return. Thank you to the Blouberg Holiday Rental Team for making our stay a memorable one.

Booked 10 days at Dolphin Ridge B11, what an absolute disaster. The apartment is very poorly appointed with the basics missing, salt and pepper cellars, towels, etc. Furniture is broken and material covers torn. A check of the inventory showed most items missing, knives, forks, spoons, plates, etc. The apartment was not cleaned before our arrival, a glass window had broken and the entire living area of the apartment was covered in shards of glass. In site of several visits to the offices of Blaouberg Holiday rentals, no effort on behalf of Blouberg Holiday Rentals to resolve the issues we had with the apartment. I recommend neither Blouberg Holiday Rentals nor Dolphin Ridge B11. Book at you own risk!!!

We, as permanent residents of La Mer, are disgusted by the quality of short term guests allowed at 12 La Mer Bloubergrant South Africa. After 24 hours we are still exposed to continious rowdiness, foul language, damage to property (i.e broken window and slight damage to vehicle) as well as overall security of permanent residents. Thanks to efforts to resolve problem by the staff of Blouberg Holiday Rentals. Situations like this have been destabilizing our Complex since this Unit became available for short term rental purposes.

Accomodation and location perfect. Sorry to say these agents however completely ruined the experience. WiFi did not work and neither did the fob to get in the building. We tried to resolve this during our stay. After 4 days of trying to sort this out with this company we gave up. Now almost a month on I am sending another email about the fact I have not yet been refunded my deposit. This is poor. I would not book with them again.
