The after sales service if you have a problem is pathetic. We have had nothing but issues since installation and the turnaround time is unacceptable. First we were told the issue related to a firmware upgrade, then a mother board needed to be replaced and now the battery cells have to be replaced. This has been ongoing for at least 6 weeks and we are still without a solution. This is a brand new system still under warranty. Surely the batteries should just be replaced. Over and above the actual issue, we have consistently been given false information on the status. I sincerely hope that once the issue has been sorted, the system will live up to its promises. 11th May - Just to say that the issue has now been resolved. Thank you James for your response as well as subsequent email correspondence. It means a great deal when the CEO takes the time to personally reply to customer complaints. You clearly take customer satisfaction very seriously. I am going to upgrade my rating from a 1 to 3 for now and hope that in the future it will move to 5.
