Unfortunately I had terrible service from this company. Ordered an item online and after 6 days I followed up with them regarding when it would be delivered, only to be told that they don't have stock (the website said they did). I then asked for a refund. Three days later I called to follow up on my refund and was told it would take another 7 - 10 days. After complaining about the payment time boardriders said it would be paid back to me that day. The following day I received a "proof of payment" which stated in big bold letters at the bottom that it was "not a proof of payment" and the money has still not been paid back. Sad to say that I would advise all customers to "beware" of this company, which saddens me to say when every south African company needs to try and rebuild their business in these trying times.

Went into the store since I was just starting skateboarding and when I asked about the decks they told me about them but I wasn't sure what brand they were and they really didn't seem to care and when I walked out I could hear them talking about me the shop is great just the staff are terrible
