As a builder I have used Brians Glass for over ten years. They have been very good at standard glass replacement. However DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO FIT SHOWER GLASS . They have no knowledge of this. First they fitted the glass outside the shower base, then when returned to refit it , it leaked continually. I would try to get hold of Brian but he never returned my calls or I was told by his reception that he was in a meeting. I had to wait at his premises to eventually track him down, He did come out to review the defective work but allowed the same fitters to continue to bodge the job. I eventually had to get a specialist shower glass company in to replace one of the glass panels and fit new seals - costing R4,000.
Terrible service. They came to fit a new glass pain in our front door. It broke within hours of them fitting it. I then called them 8 times over a 3 week period to try get them to come back and redo the job. They came and looked at the door for 5 minutes and never returned. Have called another 3 times still with no solution.
