Always nice to visit Bunches. Getting fresh flowers and browsing through the giftshop side while the friiendly, helpful staff is only a call away does wonders to my soul. Not to talk about the restaurant where you can relax and enjoy a bite and something to drink.

Wow, wow...what a nice store with super friendly staff and a great coffee shop inside. Get everything you need under one roof for your next function. Knowledgeable staff visible everywhere to assist is needed. They even have 2 function rooms available for hire with no venue fee. Well worth a visit.

I am very disappointed in the service I received from Bunches for Africa in Kuilsriver. I have placed an order for a bridal shower. When I visit the shop I told the lady the shower starts at 11am and that they must deliver between 9:30am and 10:00am, I whatsapp the same lady twice and went again to the shop the day before the shower to remind her about the time. They arrived 10:50 with my order and then they only delivered half of my order. When I phoned the lady with whom I placed my order with, her reaction was "What must I do about it"!!! I mean really?? You only send me half my order and then you have a bad attitude about it as well. I then phoned the branch in Brackenfell and spoke to Cindy, she then send someone to deliver it but the shower already started and the delivery guy arrived 12:15 to deliver the rest of my order. I will never ever hire something by them again. If you want to hire something make sure you collect it yourself and does not make use of their delivery service!

I am deeply disappointed in your service!!!! I called at 9am on Monday to place an order for flower arranges for a drive by funeral the following day. Only to arrive at 4pm Tuesday and get told that something came up and you could not make it. This is pathetic!!!! You had my number. The decent thing would have been to let me know. #unhappycustomer

Wow. Drove all the way from lambertsbay. Staff was unfortunately too busy to help us. Friendliest person there was the lady at the restaurant counter.
