I rented a vehicle in March 2020. Still waiting on my deposit. Just excuses, excuses. Getting tired of waiting. We all went through Covid. And we have to survive. Really this is not on.

I am still waiting for my deposit after I have returned the vehicle in May 2020. Elize confirmed that the vehicle was returned clean and in the same condition as it was given to me in Feb 2020. I returned the car in May 2020, as it was not reliable vehicle for me to rent anymore. The vehicle had battery issues and Ronnie had to assist me twice during my rental period. I also had to get a private company to assist with the vehicle, as CA Car Hire could not assist me that day. This was for my account. Ca Car Hire had to wait until they could see if there were any fines outstanding in my lease period. As Covid delayed the services of the Traffic Dept, I completely understand this. I then contacted Elize again when RSA were changed to Level 2 of Covid. She then informed me that the owner would only have a look at the deposit payments on the next Wednesday. Today, when I contacted her again, she said that management did not have a meeting regarding deposits being paid. She has confirmed that management will have a meeting on next week Tuesday regarding the payment of deposits, as only management can make the payments. I want my deposit paid back to me, without any issues, as there seems to be allot of excuses regarding the payment. I will update this review once I have received my deposit.

I have rented a vehicle in the month of March and and returned on next day, but the hold the deposit as I must complete the contract duration and after that asked me wait for lockdown level 2. Regularly doing follow up but, always saying could not have the meeting with manager. I don’t understand why they need to have a meeting to rerun the deposit. Now the phone lines are not active. I don’t believe theses guys..
