Absolutely incompetent company to do business with. My son booked a cab this morning @ 06: 00 from the Access Park area to Camps Bay where he HAS to be at work at 06:50. The taxi only arrived to collect him a twenty-five minutes later. When he questioned the driver he was told that the taxis are waiting at the rank ten minutes away for the calls to come through from the controller, which implies that the controller is causing the delay. This is not the first time that this has happened to him. People should rather use Uber of Taxify and not support this awful organization.
