They don't respond to queries. Often out of stock, but some good stuff here. Where's the intense coffee.. Been unavailable for months now??? Update. I received a response after this review! I must give credit where it's due. Their delivery is very fast, but free delivery only kicks in when you have spent R500 AFTER discounts are applied.

Amazing showroom with the very cool new DUO Machine on sale - Does both Dolce Gusto and Nespresso all in one machine! The variety of capsules is awesome and prices uneatable. Worth the drive! My recent interaction with Caffeluxe only reinforced my opinion of your brand – the Duo machine is excellent for both Espresso and Dolce Gusta capsules. The adjustment for personal preference of strength works reliably well – I like less water than my wife does, so I set one button for her and the other for me. The delivery service is totally reliable (and fast) and best of all, the after-sales service is beyond expectation!
