I brought a 2006 Jaguar x type a year ago. The service I got from the staff from then till now was and still is 5 star. Even the car is a pleasure to have. The way I am treated is really something of a different world. Cape Bakkie Centre staff had earned my respect. I will definitely buy a vehicle from you again. Cape Bakkie Centre is the best...they just rock.

The best service i received in ages . Let me tell you the story . I made the mistake of buying a 2x4 2.2 Ranger XLT bakkie and had buyers remorse within the next two months . Being a supplier of canopies to Cape bakkie i thought it good to return the favor for all their ongoing support to our company . this was one of the best decisions i have made in a long time . it started with Edrich whom is the owner that treated me like a king with firstly giving me the best price i could ever have asked for for the trade in vehicle . He then went even further and gave me an even better deal on a newer model 3.2l XLT 4x4 . Being a 4x4 accessories supplier the old bakkie had about R90000 worth of extras on and he even let me strip all of that off to fit onto the new vehicle . They delivered the new vehicle to my factory left it for 3 days to allow us to build it all over . i then needed the paperwork sorted asap as i wanted to use the vehicle for the weekend and again Rentia was a superstar when it came to sorting the paperwork . She sat till just about 18:00 to sort out my paperwork with the friendliest smile on her face . I took the vehicle for the weekend and had lots of fun . Leon who handled the deal closely with Edrigh then said the vehicle must come back on Monday as they do not deliver vehicles without it being serviced. My vehicle was serviced and wheel alignment done at no extra charge and again Leon and Marius did it with a smile on their faces . My vehicle was serviced , cleaned to perfection and delivered to my door step . All and all one of the best experience's i have ever had at any motor dealerships . Edrich ,Rentia , Leon , Marius and every one else at Cape bakkie well done and thank you for making this a pleasurable experience. The rating shows only 5 stars but i think you guys deserve 10 . Keep up the good work.

I am currently standing in the doorway, surrounded by 6 staff and sale's man. All other clients got helped, as well as new arriving "white" clients. I still haven't been helped or asked anything. But they seen me. I got looks from some of the staff for just standing here.
