Quick and efficient service, and it wasn't necessary to book weeks in advance. I paid after the job was completed - well priced too.

Extremely unprofessional service! This company requires of you to make payment prior to service delivery without delivering a formal quote or providing you with an invoice post payment. After they received payment they then proceeded to only clean half of my baby’s carpet. He has a heavy bed that is difficult to move, but they did not inform me of this and proceeded to leave our premises with a half dirty carpet that they had agreed to clean. I contacted them and said that I would come home to help them move the bed and that they couldn’t only clean half the carpet as I had already paid them to clean the entire carpet. I left my workplace to come assist them only to find that they had returned, cleaned the carpet (did not clean the corners properly) all within 15minutes i.e. not so difficult after all... and they did not even have the courtesy to wait for me to return home. They also do not have proper drying equipment and do not assist with moving your furniture. They left us with wet carpets/furniture/mattresses, still dirty/stained (poorly cleaned) and furniture everywhere. So if you want half a job done and be left with a wet untidy house- this company is for you. I sent them a message to express how unhappy I was with their service and requested an invoice. Although they corresponded by sending an incomplete invoice, I am yet to receive an apology.

A professional team that were most helpful. Great workmanship and the end result was a house that felt like I had just moved in. No more stains, carpets almost as good as new!
