I had my safety gate lock replaced by them. 2 months later I called to say that I was having problems with the lock which he said was guaranteed for at least 6 months. The guy I spoke to said that he was busy in Stellenbosch & could only come around to me the Saturday which I accepted. He did not pitch & when I tried to call him again he answered the phone & when he heard it was me he cut the call. I have tried several times to call again but everytime I call he cuts the call & switches his phone off. Well buddy the joke is on you because we later discovered that the problem was that the key had lost one of it's "teeth" and you probably could have charged me a call out fee if you were honourable & come check out the lock as I requested. I am all for supporting local business but I will never do business Cape Locksmiths ever again because their after sales service sucks.
