My grandmother recently changed her banking account and I emailed Cape Municipal Pension Fund to update her details on the system. The CLO I've been dealing with ( Karen Samuels) has no customer service skills. The manner she uses question marks and exclamation marks in her emails give a rather cheeky attitude. I've emailed numerous times to ask the status for this query, and still no response. This is unprofessional. My grandmother relies on her pension on a monthly basis and the individual entrusted to ensure queries are resolved in a professional manner and quick turn around time seem to be arrogant and incompetent to execute this task.
