Starting the Minstrel Parade 4 hours late on 2 January 2018 is totally unacceptable. You let the spectators down - some have been camping out for over a week. You let your troupes down - some have been preparing for nearly a year. Finally you let yourselves down - yet again. For goodness sake, plan ahead, make sure all the papers are in order for each troupe weeks in advance and stop all this in fighting. You are a disgrace.
