Went to go buy some timber now.I requested to buy 2 lengths of wood from the lady at the sales counter(very helpful lady).I then get told that they will not sell me loose pieces(I have bought lose pieces before hence the reason I came back).The lady who is trying to help me phones Selwyn(manager) who is not willing to simply uncut the strapping on the wood and would rather send me away.I decided to rather go elsewhere.Surerly a company of this size should be employing more competent people...
