Went to the store today as am their customer, brought in a brand new Samsung Microwave that costs R2800 original price at the shops, but was offered R800 for it. That's a reap off and robbery. Mind you I bought it from them just more than a week for R1900, now they come offer me half of it.. I'll never buy my the one nge from you people. I will tell everyone I know never to but from you.

A store that is clearly run by and managed by staff who have no understanding of customer service. A simple question blew up into Shama at the sales counter being rude and disrespectful, forgetting that she was serving REGULAR PAYING CUSTOMERS?! This branches low rating is no surprise. Pathetic. We definitely will not be back.

My experience at this shop was the worst ever. Pity there is no minus in the rating. Frontline staff has no idea of the meaning of customer service, nevermind customer experience. I wudnt recommend that shop at all. Complete thumbsdown from me. Owner is welcome to engage with me if u really serious abt ur business.

Went to this branch just as they closed yesterday (28/07/2020) I thought they closed at 18:00 (they close at 17:00). I wanted to buy a new xbox controller. I asked a guy as he searched the employees before leaving the shop, if they are closed, a lady sarcastically said, "no we are open". I then asked the guy who is ignoring me, "are you closed?" He then got irritated and said "YES!". I got dirty looks from him and the charmimg lady that was with him as I walked to my car. I took puctures of them. I will post this on social platforms shortly.
