Bad service. I called to ask for the number of the hairdresser next door the shop assistant nombogile at cash crusaders told me she is too busy and I need to call back later I called back to complain and Enrico was not much help aslo . Amazing how people who work in a shop and with customers actually don't want to help customers .I am a long time customer at cash crusaders I won't shop at this particular store again

Bad service, incompatant assistance/ manager. Silver chain gang, weak intimidation. Can't answer simple question. Wait 21 days for a quote. Only pay cash for a manual hand written receipt. Answer was we'll help cause I'm being difficult. Q where did it say on the receipt cash only. Q eta after waiting 30days. 1 answer was why didn't I ask.

Absolute horrible service from Enrico. Very disappointing & disgusted by the way you treat your paying customers. I asked him simply print a duplicate of the buy back agreement (as I had misplaced mine). The response I got was, "no I can't get a print out, as I already paid for the item" turned his back on me and walked off.

Decent store with some good stock at times. Location isn't the best, staff can be rude at times. Overall still not a bad store to visit and worth a stop
