Most incompetent staff member I have ever dealt with. I have always liked your branch regarding service but that clearly changed Please educate staff on information on your deals in your own promotion leaflet. All I asked was to find out information regarding a Laptop in the leaflet as no specifications are listed. I asked the sales person to see if he could find out for me as there are various models of that specific laptop (processor ,storage space etc) He bluntly said no, I even went as far as asking him to phone customer care and he said they wont help. Well, after I left I went to call customer care myself ,explained my enquiry and was put through to technical support where a gentleman listed allllllllll the specs of the listed item. I am really disappointed in the lack of service as this situation could easily been dealt with. Dont thumb suck and rather find out if you dont have an answer than losing customer.

Good day from this morning I have post this on "Hello Peter" Would just like to write a review on the unprofessional customer service I received from Cell C Tygervalley Cape Town Branch. After receiving an SMS from Cell C to visit for upgrade my existing 2 Cell C contracts I visited the Cell C Tyger valley Branch for the noted. As we are in Covid Restrictions this branch only allowed 1 person in at a time wich was the only good return on the visit. After the required testing and covid information completion I was asked to wait for the previous customer to complete and leave. After the previous customer left the lady at the only operational counter first had to attend to her personal items on her cell phone, up un till another Cell C staff member had to indicate to her that clients are waiting on her. From here onwards it went from bad to worse as firstly just to get to the actual contracts I got with Cell C had to be dragged out of the staff. After this session and me requesting to see what similar upgrade contract can be offered to me …..the response were that as they are low on stock of cell phones it would be better if I come in when they get in stock, but they don’t know when they will get stock …….Surely then Cell C should not waste customers time to visit their branches ……..With me noting the unsatisfactory service received I requested to see the branch manager. I noted to the manager my dissatisfaction with the quality of service they provided and that they will force me to go to the other cell phone companies.…….. To my shock his response were “well Sir then go to the completion” ……Not to say that without further communication I turned around and left the branch. (Think the managers Name was Linton date 28-06-2020 time at 11h10)

Yep , it's true . They never answer the phone . It is as bad as that. But neither does customer service when you phone them. Time to move to a different company

The people at this store do not care about their customers. I have always struggled to get whichever issue I've had at this store. Today I had a particularly unpleasant experience. A person named Clynton spent 45 minutes to try and convince me that the cause of my issue "is not his problem", and even became aggressive towards me. This behavior is utterly unacceptable.

Avoid this store like the plague! I found out on my latest upgrade that my number/contract was never transferred over to my name, strangely only the banking details for the monthly debit order is mine. So after having spent 90 minutes in the store the last time, after 3 years they have still not fixed the problem. Incredibly useless!!

It is Saturday and 13:17. Store is closed. No signage on the dis to say anything about why it is closed or where the next place is to get info. Poor customer service
