We had an awesome experience travelling from Zimbabwe to South Africa. The Bus drivers were helpful and friendly. Caring for their passengers as they would close loving family. We had KFC, compliments from Chihwa Tours, first thought that they're joking!! Thank you to the Staff at Chihwa Tours for making the journey comfortable and save for us. God bless you! A dear friend of mine booked tickets to visit her family over Christmas in Zimbabwe for this year. But due to Covid and the fact that the city of cape town is a hotspot again. She didn't want to put the people on the bus or her family at risk - even though she has tested negative for covid. Chihwa Tours Refused to refund het ticket (partial or full), but after talking to management and a very kind employee we were able to change the dates.
