Very disappointing and unprofessional. I could feel the therapist's nails as she was massaging. There was noise from the room next door where someone was rinsing or washing basins. The room was very small with two beds and hardly space to move.

The massage was amazing but very interrupted as the lady was working alone and had to answer every phone call and attend to the door bell during my massage. She was also quite talkative which made it difficult for me to just relax and enjoy the massage.
