Pleasantly super awesome. Spacious. Enough staff who all greet you at the door. The food was fantastic and fresh. I was very pleased with my mom-in-law's take-away order of ribs and wings. The grilled to perfection saucy ribs was nicely cut into strips served with spinach & butternut in separate food containers. They prepared a hearty Spur supper on her 86th birthday on a rainy cold spring day to enjoy at her leisure.

I've been to this spur a couple of times and this was by far my best experience. My little one loved her pizza ,super cheesy. My crumbed mushrooms were perfect and wow the place is absolutely spotless. Great service, thanks Cincinnati spur.

We specifically drove from plumstead to pinelands spur because we knew that particularly spur restaurant always had consistently good food while other branches can be a little hit and miss. Ordered 400g ribs but the portion seemed (and was) a little less than usual. I said as much the moment our waitress brought it over. Without me even asking, she sent the manager to our table and I told her the same thing. I didn't ask for more as the ribs looked unappetizing, like it had been boiled and covered in sauce. The manager said she'll see what she can do leaving us with the impression that I'd either get some sort of feedback or maybe a little bit more. Again, I never asked for anything I just made an observation that the portion seemed a bit less. If it was just a smaller portion but tasted good I'd be fine with that. However, the portion was small AND it was just disappointing to eat - definitely making me think twice about spending R140 on THAT again. Also, the manager was completely unnecessary to say 'I'll see what I can do' and then to do absolutely nothing. I didn't even ask you to do anything so why come and create expectations like that??? Edit: I regret not taking a picture but it was 12:30pm 5/9/20
