Excellent service today. Arrived at 7.45. Greeted and shown to a chair in the queue. Windows open at 8 am and walked out at 8.15with my car license.

Convenient place for the southern suburbs, but most time on has to queue for motor vehicle renewal or registrations as well as for any queries on municipal accounts. Generally staff are helpful, just clients that gets irritated.

Got there after 8am this morning after my morning trip, queue was not long, I was home by 10am. Excellent service both by security and the staff behind the counter.

Two hours before opening already over 100 people in the queue CCT could at least open earlier to accommodate the citizens and receive more income for the treasury

1h30 for lisense renewal. Definitely not the worst but can be a bit more efficient.

Unbelievable. You wait and wait, no communication. I can give them advice its quiet simple. Open and Express window for people just renewing licences. Instead they let you wait for 4hours for a 1 minute payment. Plus you will limit the contact time people have together.

Edit: They are very thorough on COVID protocol inside and that all takes time. Kudos to them. My previous comment still stands: I understand the backlog of COVID, but there are no clear instructions. There is a sign board outside stating only a 100 people will be helped (on a Saturday), and they hand out written sequence tickets up to 100. There isn't anyone that tell you about the tickets, or that you are after the 100-person limit (no official announcing it as people arrive, so people just pitch up and are worked up when they find out.) Please CoCT, put a better system in place, so people that don't make it on the day, don't waste their morning.
